Here is our story...

Kostas Polychronis was born in Kalamata, Greece. At a young age Kostas foot was seriously injured leaving him with a limp that practitioners diagnosed as incurable. Massage therapy was applied in the treatment and this helped his calf become stronger, however the foot problems continued (remedy). It was this experience as well as others that prompted Kostas’ interest in health and nutrition at an early age, which he pursued passionately.

In 1971, Kostas immigrated to Canada. He earned the following designations as a new citizen. 

• 1989 - Fitness and Nutrition Diploma from the International Academy in Montreal, Quebec.

• 1991 - Gourmet Diploma from the International Academy in Montreal, Quebec.

• 1992-1995 - Kostas became a popular requested guest and appeared on numerous Cooking and Nutrition television shows.

• 1995 - earning a Diploma as a Natural Health Consultant from the Stratford Institute in Toronto, Ontario.

Kostas foot problems continued into his adulthood and he underwent several operations. His continued devotion to seeking a remedy prompted him to travel extensively during the course of the next several years. His travels brought him to South Africa, Australia, India, China and Russia; exploring various aspects relating to Natural Body Nutrition, an assortment of other Alternative Medicines and a range of Body Massage methods. It was these travels that inspired the concept of the rejuv.

In the medical history of almost every country that Kostas visited there was a form of a very similar massage. The massager was a hand-driven “rolling” massage unit that many cultures referenced as to aiding the appearance of the skin.

Kostas built himself a massager deciding to improve on the basic technique produced by the old hand-driven roller used over the past 1,000 years. From this basic proven technique, he invented ‘wheels’ of an ideal material which were added.  Kostas then motorized it producing superior results inasmuch as it was now capable of 180 rotations of the wheels per minute. Kostas regularly applied his ‘home-made’ prototype and experienced excellent results as his circulation and strength continued to improve providing great relief.

After many years of improvements Rejuv is also proven to be ideal for treating many other conditions of the human body, one of the most impressive being a non-surgical treatment for cellulite.
